These Terms govern your access to and use of Vanza (the “Service”), a field service management platform. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business (“you” or “your business”).
Vanza provides software for managing jobs, scheduling, quoting, invoicing, compliance records, inventory and field operations. We may add, change or remove features over time. We provide the Service on an “as available” basis.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, interfering with other customers, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to send unsolicited messages.
You retain ownership of the data you and your users enter (“Your Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Data solely to provide and support the Service. You can export Your Data at any time from your account. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available and to provide reasonable support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability. Availability and support commitments for paid plans are set out in our Service Level Agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination you may export Your Data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
